When you register on ParkSathi, we collect:

• Full name and email address
• Phone number (used for masked call routing only)
• Vehicle registration number
• Payment information (processed securely via our payment provider — we do not store card details)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To link your vehicle to your QR code
• To route masked calls to you when someone scans your QR
• To send account-related notifications (OTP, subscription alerts)
• To process payments for subscriptions

3. Masked Calling & Number Privacy

ParkSathi uses masked telephony. When a person scans your QR and initiates a call, they are connected to you through a temporary virtual number. Your real phone number is never shared with or visible to the caller.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We share data only with trusted service providers (telephony and payment providers) strictly to deliver our services.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Call session logs are retained for 30 days for dispute resolution and then automatically deleted.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us at support@parksathi.com. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. All API communications are over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
