Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Payments

ParkSathi offers monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans for QR sticker activation. All payments are processed securely via our payment gateway.

2. No Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Once your subscription period ends, you will need to manually renew it to continue using the QR calling feature. You will not be charged automatically.

3. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated and the QR code has been enabled. This includes:

  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual plans
  • Cash-activated subscriptions
  • Partially used subscription periods (no pro-rata refund)

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment for the same subscription
  • Technical failure where the QR code was not activated despite successful payment

To raise an exception request, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at support@parksathi.com with your transaction ID.

5. Cancellation

You can stop using ParkSathi at any time. Since there is no auto-renewal, simply not renewing your subscription will effectively cancel your service at the end of the current period. Your QR code will be deactivated automatically when the subscription expires.
