By registering on ParkSathi and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of QR Stickers

Each QR sticker is linked to a single registered vehicle and the owner's account. You may not transfer, share, or resell your QR code. QR stickers must only be placed on your own registered vehicle.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate vehicle and contact information during registration.
• You must not use the calling feature to harass, spam, or misuse the system.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Misuse of the platform may result in immediate account suspension.

4. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are available on monthly, quarterly, and annual plans. Access to the QR calling feature is active only during a valid subscription period. Subscriptions do not auto-renew and must be manually renewed.

5. Privacy of Phone Numbers

ParkSathi uses masked calling via our telephony provider. Neither the vehicle owner's number nor the scanner's number is revealed to the other party during a call. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

6. Limitation of Liability

ParkSathi is a communication facilitation platform. We are not responsible for outcomes of interactions between users, including disputes arising from vehicle parking. Our liability is limited to the subscription amount paid.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of ParkSathi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
